First, this deal has been coming and going on Amazon's site since February of this year. It expires and then it comes back, seemingly without explanation. A blog called Wccftech found the promotion to be working this week, however. That means it's a great time to try it out again and see if you can score an Amazon Smart Plug at this incredible price.
Of note, no one here on the BGR Deals team has been able to get the promotion to work this time around.
The second catch is that not everyone is eligible for this deal. What's more, we have no idea who is actually eligible for this deal. Amazon's terms and conditions page is completely blank at the moment, so there are no criteria mentioned at all. That being said, we've seen Amazon T&C pages disappear in the past while promotions are still available.
